Tracy Beck is the welcoming face and voice of Ford Financial Group, greeting clients both in the office and over the phone with warmth and professionalism. She brings more than 25 years of experience in office administration and customer service, ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Tracy earned her Associate’s degree in Medical Office and Billing from Fresno City College, along with a minor in Child Development, giving her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client support. Born and raised in a small town south of Fresno, she values community, connection, and helping others feel at ease.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys crafting and building creative projects, as well as fostering animals in need. She spends most of her time with her son, Jett, and their five beloved pets, reflecting her caring and compassionate nature both at home and in the workplace.
